SoHoMoney is a freeware personal finance and budgeting application, as well as catering for those with small businesses and enterprises. You can use it to manage your personal / household finances, your small business's finances, or a combination of the two. 

The Freeware version of SoHoMoney is limited to one user. The Professional version allows you to use it in a multi-user environment.
